Entity Relationship Disclosure

1. Operational Independence

AlphaLAW OÜ (hereinafter “AlphaLAW”) is an independent legal entity. While AlphaLAW operates via the domain alphaumi.com and utilizes the AlphaUMi logo in accordance with a formal mutual agreement, AlphaLAW is not a subsidiary, branch, or partner of Osaühing AlphaUMi Digital Innovation Europe Venture Fund.

2. No Conflict of Interest or Correlation

The activities, services, and operations of AlphaLAW are entirely separate from those of Osaühing AlphaUMi Digital Innovation Europe Venture Fund.

Specifically:

• AlphaLAW’s business interests are not correlated with those of AlphaUMi.
• The entities do not share common management, strategic direction, or financial pooling.
• The use of branding assets is strictly limited to the terms of a specific licensing or usage agreement and does not imply a unified corporate structure.

3. Limitation of Liability

AlphaLAW bears no legal or financial responsibility for the actions, omissions, representations, or activities of Osaühing AlphaUMi Digital Innovation Europe Venture Fund. Users, clients, and third parties acknowledge that any engagement with AlphaLAW is strictly with AlphaLAW OÜ and does not constitute an engagement with AlphaUMi or its associated projects or investment funds.

4. Intellectual Property Notice

The use of the AlphaUMi logo and the alphaumi.com domain by AlphaLAW is permitted under a mutual agreement. This usage is for identification purposes only and does not grant AlphaLAW any authority to act on behalf of AlphaUMi, nor does it grant AlphaUMi any authority over AlphaLAW’s professional services.
